I was playing as the 1066 start Duke of the duke title Aquila (bottom of italy) after conquering Sicily I created the titular kingdom of Trinacria and thus went from a duke to Kingdom. (I never created, nore has anyone else, the kingdom of Sicily)
At this stage I was able to adjust the Kingdom law from limited to high thus enabling me to change the succession laws.
Latter on I conquered Egypt and usurped the kingdom. Once I did this (I kept Trinacria as my primary) the law screen for Trinacria reverted back to a duchy like one where there is no longer the ability to change Kingdom laws from high medium low est or to change papal investiture.
Is this WAD or a bug.
The Kindom of Trinacria is still spreading to my holdings in Italy as before.
