Anyone noticed that they added new colours or simply made better use of what they had? There are far fewer repeats of colour in Europa now. Burgandy is burgandy! Well, the new map palette is a welcome addition for sure.

No problem. Color is very subjective. Thanks to those who like it, though.Originally posted by Duke of Earl
Hmmm... sounds like I'm the only one who doesn't like the new colors. (No offense, State Machine-- probably my tastes are just screwy). I didn't have a problem with the old color scheme; is there any way I can restore it short of reinstalling EU and copying the old color scheme files?

I like the new colors for the most part. however, there's a few countries that keep ending up next to each other with the same light brown color that has been annoying me...I think they're Hanover, Genoa, and Poland. Anyone else notice that?

Theres a file called country.csv, open it using a text editor (not excel), and you'll find a list of tags....find ROY, and type in your new colour in place of Dark Red.

The new colors are much more pleasant... but there are a few that still bugs me, like France. That irritating blue, makes me want to see them loose all the time, shame England's turned so passive
There's less color conflicts now, but they do exist, couldn't this be circumvented with a larger variety of country colors? There's a limit?
The CoT colors of Flanders and Ile de France are great, makes me wish the rest was grayer as to fit in.![]()
