[1.04] Return of Dutch Caribbean Provinces

Saba Island (Province 1761), Netherlands Antilles (Province 1762), Paramaribo (Province 1999) should be returned to the Netherlands when released by the Allies under normal circumstances.

I assume the British would keep them if the Dutch are communist.
