1.04 rc1 - Transport ships not auto returning to base after mission

Hello,

I'm experiencing an issue in my current game as USA where transport ships don't auto return to their base after a transport mission. They will simply dock at the destination and stay there indefinitely. I made sure the "auto return to base" is checked and the same thing is still happening in a new game.

That is know issue in 1.04 RC1 and it is fixed for the next release.
