It didn't stop HoI or HoI2 from selling well so I doubt it had any significant effect on Victoria. CD checks only stop the most casual of software thieves and seriously inconvenience legitimate users.mordisk said:

I don't have a CD, but there again I stayed in and bought the ondemand version. For all you fans out there of the non CD thingy that is the way to go.
