I want my new account to merge with my old account, had an awful name and didn't dare to ask a mod to change the name so I crated a new one..

The rules state that you must not maintain more than one account without the approval of an Admin. If you feel that the really cool user name you picked when you registered/were drunk/or just in an unfunny mood (or any combination there of) is actually crap, you should really PM an Admin to change it rather than set up a new account. If for no other reason than each account uses up server resources that can be better used for other things.

So I guess if you have a decent case to state, then you can indeed get lost/other accounts merged.
It's something that I guess though that lies in the hands of the admins.
I had to get approval of an admin.

Our Admins (contrary to popular rumour) are decent people deep down.

I don't have a CD, but there again I stayed in and bought the ondemand version. For all you fans out there of the non CD thingy that is the way to go.
