1.04 Free Oil Bug

Playing as the UK, I suddenly started getting thousands of oil per day for no apparent reason. The continued until I had over 2000k oil in stockpile! Needless to say, this made operating my armies much easier, since I no longer had to worry about running out of fuel. I didn't have convoys running (didn't realize they weren't), no country in the world produced 1000+ oil per day, and in all other respects there was no rational source of this oil. I have two saves if necessary during the period when I was getting this oil for free. Hopefully, at least one of them will reproduce it.

Is there any clear pattern, or clue about what causes it? I have never seen it - does it happen in a specific scenario, or in a specific year/month?

Edit: and it's definitely not oil from overseas stocks being returned to the central stockpile? What does "daily resources change" in the Statistics tabs show?

Sorry Balesir.The first time I thought I had messed up,so I simply started again.Second time,I got cross and started a game as Russia.About two weeks ago ,went back to try France,noted the problem but then lost the info.
Tonight am playing the USA.1936 hard.
In 1937 supply slider set exactly to need .Tool tip says producing 47 supplies,but supplies gaining constantly.Tool tip at top of screen supply stock says I'm producing 100 daily.
Seems to me like the same problem.
Not savvy enough to send screenshot without help.

I have got problem what is nearly close to this few times i have open save file all world countries lose all daily recourses but it has not happen in 1.04 yet or it is fixed

Sorry, for some reason my save isn't showing this now? But according to it there was nominal change--something like +.27 in and -.26 out--in my stockpiles.
