No idea if this was mentioned earlier, but here it goes.
The debug suggestions for an invalid construction setting are off. It suggest me the exact same thing that is already being used.
For instance:

Parsing scenarios\2245\Rad-Zombie_Wastes.inc ...
AI File Load [ Rad-Zombie Wastes ] -> [ Mods\FODD/ai\u34.ai ]
   ERROR : Invalid construction setting [at_war] for building type [Valid values are: yes, no, at_war, not_at_war]!
The correct would be atwar, without the '_' . Also, the 'not_at_war' should be 'not_atwar' (at least according to the AI documentation). Using either removes the error.
