1.04 AI concern..

It's mid 40's. Playing as Germany I'm feeling an increasing threat from the east. To take some possible heat off my front (and for the oil of course , I ally up with Romania.

You'd think this alliance would 1) make Romania ease up on it's defences in provinces bordering with me and 2) strengthen its defence in provinces bordering to possible enemies.

Well.. pre 1.04 thats what Romania usually did. Here's what I found it does now. See for yourselves. I'm not sure if it's called a bug, or just plain stupid AI

Thats right. Romania moved the large part of its force to a province that first of all is mine, and second of all hardly needs defending. And it doesnt seem like its about to move it either.

Well I did my usual new patch running Germany 39 max difficulty check of the AI. Result:
Poland 1 month
France/Belgium 1 month
The Leningrad/Mooscow/Stalingrad/Baku line reached before 41
but the AI is getting better anyways...
