These are not necessary issues as even when not specified the engine assigns 1 as a value.

At D:\Hoi2 - Darkest Hour 13\ai\desertfox_ENG.ai [garrison\province_priorities\907] (45, 3):
The value '-1000' on node '907' must be a positive integer.

Garrison province_priorities can be a negative number. It is used when you want to instruct the AI to not garrison the said province.

Incorrect Literal
At D:\Hoi2 - Darkest Hour 13\ai\downfall_ALS.ai [air_marshal\taskforcetype[3]\interdiction] (74, 371):
Expected value: yes
Actual value: no

That's not an error either. Any value # then "yes" will disable the mission for this task force, so using "no" is perfectly valid (even if redundant).

Constraint not Met
At D:\Hoi2 - Darkest Hour 13\ai\switch\CHI_Isolationist.ai [military] (65, 1):
The sum of land brigade production weights must be less than or equal to 100.

Not an error. Weights for brigades (no matter land, air or naval) are not summed together before being used, but are evaluated one after the other against a random number.

Type Mismatch Error
At D:\Hoi2 - Darkest Hour 13\db\events\hoi2.txt [event[4]\trigger\NOT[1]\ispuppet] (261, 11):
"yes" is not a valid -1 or Tag.

That is a false report for sure.
ispuppet = [TAG/yes] # True if TAG is a puppet. Use ispuppet = yes to check if the country in question is puppet to another country.

There are many of false reports on commands like that one:
command = { type = max_organization which = land when = now value = 15 }
when = now instructs the engine to apply this to all deployed units too, not just to these that will be produced in the future.

AFAIK this is obsolete entry. Let me know if I'm wrong
