The following issue happened to me, playing with A-H in WW1:
1. I attack Darmstadt from fulda and wurzburg.
2. I win the battle, my troops move there.
3. The french attack us, the province is still under enemy control (it was the same in 1.02), however we are the only one in darmstadt.
4. Soon, the french stop attacking, the enemy troops retreating from darmstadt stop while they're still in darmstadt, and we become the attackers in darmstadt against the troops defeated there! We get the penalties for hill etc. Darmstadt is still under enemy control, and now there're German, Austrian and french troops at the same time.
5. After we run out of org, our troops got removed from the game.
I've encountered that problem not only with A-H, but with Germany in WW2 1936 scenario while I'm doing Fall Gelb, but first I thought I was the one who haven't noticed something.
