[1.03 RC1] Is the "auto apply" option working?

I don't know if it is correct, but I expect the "auto apply on any button" option inside the auto-spying system to work in this way:
I select a target, change its priority (or mission priority) and those changes are immediately applied.

Instead, if I

1. check the option
2. change priority (or mission priority) on a target
3. switch to another target and go back to first target

priority is still the original (unmodified) one

This setting works only for the intelligence buttons on the right.

When you make a change to a setting the Apply Changes button appears and it should be pressed to confirm the change (and send it to other machines in MP games).
When this setting is enabled you can press any of the buttons, not just the Apply Changes one, to confirm and at the same time to switch to another mode.
