[1.03 RC1] equipment of units for loss tracking

- Infantry divisions : number of (normal) artillery guns is huge (model 8 : 140, model 9 : 165, model 10 : 194). Should maybe 40, 65, 94 and even less. A 1st Welle german / french div in 1939 (17000 mens = 1 DH div + one brigade) had only 36 x 10,5 cm guns / 36 x 75 mm gun (3 groups of 3 batteries with 4 guns)

- engineer brigade : same number of horses (368) and later trucks, should be 66 trucks like the police brigade ?

- light_tank brigade and light armor division : 0 light tanks, only medium armor, is this WAD for simplification ?

Anti-tank guns and mortars are added to artillery equipment too.

That's probably WAD. Engineers have a lot of extra equipment that should be carried somehow.

It is WAD. In the first version we used all equipment types and some of my mates complained this is too much information, so they decided to merge some categories.
