these events dont seem 2 work anymore - is this a bug - or wanted?

I'm pretty sure all events you mention are working in 1.03 RC1, or at lest if there's a problem it is extremely rare and so unknown to us.

i got munich treaty only in august 39 - after that end of czech in september 39 - shouldnt that munich treaty be in 38?

also italy - albania fires only in september 39.... should be 38 as well, right?

Why did you get the Treaty of Munich only in August 1939? That delayed the whole chain, Albania included. You should have activated the Treaty of Munich decision earlier, why didn't you do it?

Munich treaty didnt appear until late 39 - in 38 not at all

It should appear as soon as you proclaim the Anschluss via decision.

Anschluss has been done in 38 allready, as u can see in the pic (may 39) above - but munich treaty didnt appear after that only came in late 39...

Do you have a savegame from after the Anschluss and before the appearance of the Treaty of Munich?
