just like SPA, SPR leaders CSV contains a lot of foreigners from different countries. these people should leave when SPR has won the SCW.
the difficulty is that a lot of these people use nomes de guerre in this CSV, i have a list, but this is based on normal HoI2 ID-numbers, still it might help you.

as for the comments first name is the name given by the CSV, secnd one should be the real name + a countries reference (eg Batov as a soviet)
