[1.02] Obsolate Medium Armor Divisions + Time Travel

As I noticed, medium armors are always one level behind as their corresponding research. Medium Armor '39 introduces Medium Armor '36 and renders Medium Armor MK. III obsolate. 62 enables 56 and renders 52 (?) obsolate.

Other: Armor Division Formation has historical year 1934, but it's prerequirements have 1937 (1940 for NATO). Did someone go back in time, and tell them that tanks can move on their own?

It is correct. The date has been probably pushed back to 1934 when the concept was first developed also to help the countries that research it in 1940 (so that it is completed faster).
