1.02 Mild naval bug

On loading a particular save game, I don't get the "wheel" icon for a fleet in port, I get the anchor, so it looks like there's nothing there. When you click on it, though, it shows a fleet and it appears in the ledger.

This is with the non-colonizing 1.02.

I've seen this as well, but only in ports that are not intrinsically mine.... i.e. my boats are in a port in a province I have captured while at war, but I do not own the province, just control it. Is this true for what your talking about?

Absolutely correct. Has it always been like this?

I guess so, I first noticed it in 1.01. I've seen it in 1.02 as well. Has to be something to do with how the game is reading province ownership and what is displayed to the 'player'...... but really do not know.
