1933 UK When trying to put down these revolts. as soon as my invasion force wins and I get the victory nessage they reappear again. Any ideas?

Do you have a save? I have played multiple 33 games and not seen this. I don't generally play UK though.
Attached save. There is a division ready to invade the rebel island. it should win but as soon as the victory message appears a new rebel unit appears and it starts again.

Ok, Martin asked me to check this. I gave him my report. I have copied it down here for you in case this is wad. I am sure Martin will let us know soon.
His victories are through wearing down the org of the rebel militia. He has to win by taking all of it's strength. Is this wad? If so, tell him to use his 3 strongest divisions under that LT Gen he has in Alexandria. Use the div he was using plus two in England with the highest str. They also have a ltarm brigade on one, and an ac brigade on the other. He should consider adding the art waiting to be deployed to one of the three divisions. If this is not wad, it is easily reproducible. It happens every single time he breaks the org of the rebel division.

IMHO in this case (no retreat possible, ORG depleted) rebels should vanish, so the bug report qualifies as a valid one

I checked this one in depth and there's no issue really. Rebels hardly lose any org in the combat (there's a setting in misc.txt that takes care of that), so it ends only when all STR is lost. Using 3 INF divisions take care of the rebels in few game weeks. If I set Rebels to lose ORG in combat more rapidly, once all ORG is depleted the unit vanishes as it is expected too.
