I just beat the USA as Japan while in the Axis, I controlled enough of the USA mainland to force the Peace Treaty event.
I selected:
"We want the West Coast and end all overseas involvement!"
This should knock USA out of WWII by signing treaties with Germany too, although they acquired Guantanamo bay.
Make that event force USA to peace and non-aggression pact with Germany too.
EDIT: Also, make it so it stops the Land-Lease events, they're still going.
Another problem is the Texas independence, it only liberates two isolated provinces which I brought up ages ago. Please fix that.
