[1.02 FINAL] Currency Black Hole

During my 1933 UK Playthrough, I've been noticing something peculiar and that is when my currency reaches a certain amount (70s in my case) the next day it decreased to the 40s, this is constantly happening when it reaches the 70s.

I've noticed that some other people, have had similar issues and someone recommended to turn the Auto-Spy system off. In my case, both the Auto-Spy and Trade system are switched off, and so far this has had no effect.
I'm not sure if this is a feature in the game or if it's actually a bug.

This save has Auto-Trade on, but not Auto-Spy.

I checked, it's the auto-trader. Remove "Automatically give blueprints to allies" and the problem will disappear.

Starnge, I thought it was the Dissent and that as a consequence of high dissent they were stealing the money.
