Well aircraft are still too powerful. Since they can be auto re-enforced are super fast can fly missions at 0 organization they are superior to ships.

Just build some planes and sink all the ships. Ships require ports to repair puts them at a distinct disadvantage.

I was hoping aircraft would go into force pool for 1 month repair in 1.02.

How abt if air unit organisation is too low they dont fly at all.

Reminds me of south pacific where a certain japanese betty squad lost half of its strength in one mission. It took very long (weeks/months) before they were operational again.

Does the planes loose organisation from flying (even without combat)? I think they should. It would reflect the fatigue pilots get.

Yes, planes should have to have at least 50% of their maximum organization to fly any missions... using aircraft effectively requires a great amount of coordination and planning, and to consider using an air wing with "no organization whatsoever" would have been out of the question, even for a nation like Britain during the Battle of Britain.
