Starting to play Nationalist Spain in 1914, and the Spanish fleet is located in Malaga prov id #471. There is no military port there.
I recommend the following:
Cadiz #473
Valencia #464
Coruna #441
I suggest either Valencia or Cadiz, though where did the Spanish station their fleet? In the Mediterranean or in the Atlantic side of Gibraltar?
