It is June 43 and there is no Axis/Allies war. I reloaded in August 39 and September 39 to see if Germany would decide to go to war but it did not.
USSR annexed annexed the Baltic states minus Lithuania, no winter war, no request for Northern Romania either.
Bulgaria claimed Dobrich.
Regarding Hungary, concerning your claims and core provinces there is, I think something not intended. If you look at Slovakia, it sounds fine, you have cores on Komarno, Kosice and Uzhorod and claims on the rest (I mean you can the 3 first free of partisans, you can have the rest with partisans activities), this is easy to check in diplomatic mode (red dots against yellow ones respectively).
Now if you look at Romania, you have core on Oradea, fine and further on Miercurea Ciuc but in between it is all simple claims subject to partisan activities. This is not WAD I think and deserve a revision either by adding cores or making Miercurea Ciuc as a simple claim.
Launch a 36 scenario as any country, go in diplomatic mode and click on Hungary to check by yourself.
Action is all in Asia. Japan declared war on the US in the last quarter of the 40ies. Quite early. Luckily or cleverly, I do not know, they won the war against China in the 2 following weeks (if this is cleverly, then congrats to the people who implement this kind of behavior). They quickly annexed and release the Philippines, same for Bruma taken from India but this front is now stabilized and it looks like Japan will be slowly pushed back. USA have conquered a number of Pacific Islands, sounds good.
In Europe, you have a large Germany and Poland and France partying everyday for being still independant!
I myself could not declare war on Poland as Hungary since they have no belligerence.
