playing an ahistorical game and France existed with original government....all of a sudden I got a popup stating that Vichy France declared war on Vichy France....both countries were Vichy France and had different governments...both Fascist

(In this specific case it would super-awesome if you could attach a save from before the issue occurred as well!)
Usually when same ideology parts of a nation (for example two fascist Spains) exist at the same time they are supposed to merge through events as time goes by though.
