1.01 Beta 2: USA Mobilization bugged?

Playing in both the 1914 and 1936 scenario, as USA, when selecting "Enact Selective Service" decision, the decision does not go away when I click okay. Additionally, after waiting 6 months, no Congressional decision has been made, which in combination with the decision not disappearing after I enact it, leads me to believe that perhaps it is non-functional.

works fine in my version so probably fixed.
i added an trigger so the decission won't show up while its still wating for congres aproval.
