[1.01 ] (4d15) No response to trade deals

I've been trading minerals for energy credits early game, but now no matter what I do I just don't get any response to my offers anymore.

This game started in version 1.00. Installed the hotfix yesterday, not sure if that broke anything but it's really annoying. I saw it happen to Wiz sometimes too in the Blorg streams. Save is attached.

I used to trade with the Space foxes due to my good relations with them, but no replies anymore no matter how many times I try.

Thanks for the quick response. How you can fix it soon, as it really hampers down my current game.
