Ok so here's the scenario: You're playing one country say ethiopia and receive a diplomatic request for example: "britain would like to invite you to their faction" or "Germany would like to offer a non-aggression treaty". You then wait for an autosave. If you now close the game down and a start a new game as the same country you're going to receive the same diplomatic requests.

Funnily enough they will still have the same expiration date so in my particular case somewhere 1940. So you now have 4 years to either accept or decline an offer but most importantly you can get to join a faction in 1936 which you would've only been able to join in 1940. Allowing for really weird situations for example joining the allies in 1936 and attacking france without having to fight Britain as republican spain or something. Or joining the allies as Ethiopia in 1936 and then calling them in to help you fight the first war against Italy!

Here's the thing I'd like to send you a save-file but I don't have one prepared its 100% reproducable though I'll start working on one now the thing is if I send you the save-file the request is only going to appear in the LAST save I send. So I could send you the save-file where I receive the offer in 1936 which would be the broken bit but I reckon your better off getting a savefile where you receive the offer when your supposed to and then carry it over yourself since it will dissappear in the original. (I hope that made sense).
Let me know I could send both but like I said it dissappears the moment you do something with the offer.

Thanks for making these games and let me know if there's anything I can do to help!
