[1.0.3, 48f6] Conquered The Hive but Queen Event didn't pop.

Hi,

I was able to bombard all of the planets in the new patch and the queen event didn't pop. What am I doing wrong? I've attached my save for your review.

I had the event pop during 1.0.2 when it was a MP game, but I have tried to get it ever since then in Ironman, from 1.0.3 to 1.1

Now I have just met the Scourge for the third time in Ironman, and it is not popping at all. Even left it running once, hoping they would expand and produce more Queen's or something, if it is chance based, but the AI's killed them within 20 years.

I wouldn't care too much if it wasn't for the achievement, and actually wanting to see the end result for myself.
