1.0.3 48f6 Colonizing a planet removes terraforming station and stops ongoing terraforming

Bug in the title. If you build a terraforming station before colonizing a planet and/or start terraforming it, colonizing the planet both deletes the terraforming station (when that's perfectly valid to have) and interrupts the terraforming process (which is perfectly valid to continue doing) while not refunding any energy credits.

There is zero reason for either the station to be removed nor the terraforming process to be interrupted. I get the removal of research/mining stations (although why they don't provide some kind of mineral or building boost to the colony I don't get), but terraforming stations make no sense. Seriously, was this game tested AT ALL?
