In my current game there's a bug occurring where I'm unable to complete the Hallucinogen Removal quest. It requires me to send a science ship to the planet to channel for a while, but the science ships I send will instead sit there and start and stop channeling infinitely. Multiple science ships or changing the science ship does not change this behavior.
