General: I found an interesting Avian species which went through the industrial age and since I was in need of a desert dwelling race, I decided to give them a hand in getting into space. When they finally spread their (space) wings, I checked out the empire description screen and saw that they were "filthy neutrals".
Description: I enlightened a primitive species using an observation post. Took about 100 months to get there and once it happend, the above was found. I tried restarting and reloading, but no change. Save is one that started on version 1.0.2 (fc5e). Ironman is active.
DLC: Galaxy Edition Pre-order DLC active.
Mods: None (Ironman).
