Seems that the admiral 'Plume of Ebony' is stuck in on my '1st Murder' fleet.

Even when changing admirals 'Plume of Ebony' remain, and both admiral show as available.

If I split the fleet, I'm able to create duplicate admirals.

I've created a copy of my save and attached to the thread.

The same thing is happening in my game.

I wasn't paying attention when it happened, but my 1st and 2nd Taskforce have the same Admiral listed and it seems impossible to remove him.

I have the same issue. As far as I remember it started when I spleet a Fleet while paused and with Nuru as the only avaliable admiral. Also it is possible the admiral is now immortal She has over 150 years and has outlived all my other leaders (it could also be due to the RNG god though)
Edit: In my save there is a single fleet, if you split it the admiral will be in each of the new fleets
