The different AI empires don't appear to like to peace out with one another - 2 of the AI's have been at war for decades. One side is completely and utterly conquered and has been for ages, but the war won't end which is throwing a serious wrench into things.

Anyone else experiencing this?

Got the same Problem on Two Savegames, here is one Example:

- AI "Blue" declared war on AI "Red"-
- I declared War on AI Red afterwards.
- AI Red has only 1 Planet, occupied by AI Blue and neither my war with Red nor the other War between Blue vs Red is ending.

Just breaks my game.

Had something similar happen.

I'm in an Alliance 'A' against Alliance 'B'.
3 War Goals, 1 was sieged and owned, last 2 got taken by a different war during our war.
1000% Acceptance but won't send an offer even though 2/3 of the war goals aren't available and the last one already sieged/owned.

went to -100 % warscore and the AI occupied some of the systems they wanted in their wargoal, it didn't execute anything while it was ahead. it should've executed his demands at 100%.
