No mods Used
From a new game. Not tried from a saved game.
When i build a rocket building it made me rockets Level 1 (tech was rockets level one) up to 100 Great fine at this point. Then i when to rocket tech 2 then 3 but was making No level 2 or level 3 rockets cos there was 100 level 1 rockets. i have no way to delete them and they will not show in storage cos they are not in storage there in the building.
So to fix this i paused the game click on the rocket building click the delete to return to storage (has to be paused or it puts them back in the rocket building) the trade them to a AI anyone that will take them. Unpaused the game see if i am sending them if not go to rocket building click delete to send to storage then it will send the rocket. Then i will make tech 3 rockets.
