Summary: I am currently facing the situation of being stuck in a perpetual war on a puppet of a nation that is part of our faction with the puppet and its leader being at war in perpetuity. The puppet is not part of the faction.
The current situation is as follows:
Germany has Slovakia as a puppet.
Germany is part of the Allies and now democratic.
Germany is at war with Slovakia
Slovakia is not part of the Allies.
Slovakia is fully occoupied and has a 100% surrender progress.
All of the allies are at war with the puppet.
The puppet has no alliances or diplomatic relations.
The puppet is occupied by a member other than Germany in the war.
Issue: My assumption is that since Slovakia is a puppet, it cannot surrender on its own. However it is unclear how it got into this war situation.
