Finished the National Focus Danzig or War with Germany, got the pop up for it but neither Danzig nor war.

I only play with cosmetic Mods:
Adiya's Historical Flag Pack
Flavor Names extended
Better Country Names
Colourblindness Mod
More Division Icons

Deactivating them didn't fix the issue either.

The save game attatched is about 1 day before the Focus finshes

How long did you wait after the focus finished? I got "Poland refuses to cede Danzig", as expected, after a day or two.
