[1.0.1](4d15) first league capital system bugged

so im on ironman mode and trying to find this system, i already had star charts of it via my ally but now when i get there nothing happens? am i missing something?

Also having this problem. At first I thought it wasn't selectable because it was in a different empire, but when I vassalized them, it was still not on the map. I was looking forward to the quest chain as well.

Confirming the issue. As I recall once I got the event I sent a science ship there immediately and surveyed it, but nothing else ever happened. The event is still in my situation log with no way to continue as no anomaly or similar showed up in the system in question.

Issue survives to 1.0.2.

Bumping up as well - I surveyed the capital system and its anomalies, one of them triggered the information what happened to the planet but the quest did not complete.
