[1.0.0] German focuses broken after Czech refuse to cede

Hi!

In my games Czechs refused to cede after Demand Sudeteland focus. I went to war with them, after that I've had demand slovenia have no effect. They seem to be bugged when at war or didn't get Czech lands through event. Focuses completed as normal, but event didn't spawn.

No mods.

Were you at war with England at the time Demand Slovenia completed, was Yugoslavia at war with England, or a puppet of someone?

If a larger war has already started, some focuses no longer give the events, but instead give you wargoals.

Yeah, I was at war with Allies. I guess that must be it.
