[1.0.0 9b5a] Science ship treating un-surveyed objects as surveyed

Description: If I try to send my science ship to survey any clearly not-surveyed object (system, planet, asteroid), it registered the object as already surveyed. However, there is no data for the object (such as planet type, resources, anything.)
DLC's: Nova Edition. Arachnoid Portrait Pack. Creatures of the Void.
Mods: None

Reproduction Steps:
1. Start the game.
2. Load the attached save game.
3. Select the Science vessel (UNS Emissary).
4. Attempt to survey any of the systems in the extreme Southeast of the Earth Alliance's wormhole range (eg. Romaccus system, or nearby unidentified ones)

Observe: The Science vessel merely takes a travel-to order. If you manually select the survey order from the unit card (lower left of the UI when selected) and then click on the target, it says "Already surveyed."

Note: I tried building a second Science ship and sending it to survey the same locations, but that did not work. It had been some time since I checked my science ship, and I do not have a useful autosave (basically, have to go back 30 years to find one without the bug) to try to isolate what caused it. My suspicion is I broke something when this happened:

1) I sent my combat fleet in to a system to engage some crystals.
2) Anticipating debris, I sent in my Science ship (on Evade stance at first)
3) My combat fleet was engaged, crushing the crystals.
4) Science vessel entered system and, owing to its stance, immediately tried to bug out.
5) I cancelled the order and the stance, and ordered it to scan debris.
6) At this point I was no longer able to survey. Scanning the debris worked, however.

Attachments to this thread haven't worked for me, so I put screenshots and the save file in a Google drive folder:

Hello,

Thank you for your report and sorry for the delayed answer. I have researched your problem and cannot reproduce it directly, but I have been able to reproduce a very similar problem. Hopefully the fix to that problem will fix this problem.

So what happened, most likely, for you is that some event (or something similar) revealed a bunch of systems for you. These systems, the ones that you give as an example, are already surveyed but for some reason does not show up as that.
