I got an event about an earthquake on one of my colonies, that it turns out was caused by a race of sentient subterranean aliens, which I chose to co-exist with. apparently they have a placeholder personality?

I just got this when I built an observation post and helped the humans become a space-age race. Ungrateful neutrals.

Got the same thing when I uplifted some avians. Those blasted birds I didn't spend those resources to be treated with Neutrality!

Do any of you perhaps have a save game from when this have happened or maybe even before they appeared? The thing is that I'm only able to reproduce the problem with subterranean nations and not the ones that you help along technologically with the help of an observation post, because that is what you others did right?

No, that's okay. Got the subterranean one covered

Uplifted some filthy neutrals. I would have ordered Base Delta Zero if I have known they were neutrals.

I'm uploading a save of my game about 1 month before the enlightenment takes place. System is Olum, planet is Bhugroolsch. I've loaded that save just to check and the neutral personality placeholder came up again. Hope this helps.

Just realized that the bug with the uplifted ones is fixed on our internal build, so I got everything I need. Thanks again for the reports.
