I'm not attaching a saved game for this one as it should be fairly easy to repro in any existing game.
REPRO STEPS:
Load any saved game.
Access your inventory.
Click on the cogwheel icon on your character's portrait to access customization options.
Select the Voice submenu ("Volume" icon.)
Observe that you are presented with your options laid out as follows:
Text boxes should not go out of bounds; text should be centered within them.
