1.5 has already been updated to be compatable with 2.1.1, but it is far too unstable which means even if we got everything done tommorow we will likely wait until the beta patch releases. On top of that we still have to finish up a number of features, including the new building system, magic system, as well as some stuff associated with religions..

The entire building system has been revamped - New "building trees" with less generic improvements to your kingdom. And we've giving it a more lore friendly touch to match the setting where appropriate.
For now, it is a specific, necromancer-only spell with high skill requirements, extremely high mana cost, and a 50% chance of death, but if successful turns you into an immortal lich.
I'm going to update a changelog here for 0.1.5 as it's going to be a pretty large patch in comparison to the previous release. There's no solid ETA at the moment.

Is there a possibility to have hermaphrodites, because according to the lore, one of the tribunal, Vivec is said to be a hermaphrodite.
Vivec is a god and can do whatever he likes. We aren't planning to have bi-coloured Altmer/Dunmer either.
