Isn't this Minor Title thing a bit convoluted? Why not just change the criteria for Council jobs directly?
Admittedly I made this mod mostly as an exercise when I noticed that the Sons of Abraham patch added in character event flags (needed to support the Demon Child and J'eanne D'Archetype event chains) which override the usual job criteria. Minor titles are therefore not necessarily the smartest way to implement any of these particular roles, but I was more interested in the mechanism.
On the other hand, directly modding the job criteria does have the big disadvantage of setting up a conflict with any other mod that wants to do the same -- and it is a pretty common thing for a mod to want to do. This method should be much cleaner. Also, having a minor title means the number of women who hold it, and thus able to do the job, at any one time is limited, and you have to manually decide to make them eligible rather than having them automatically appear in the list of candidates, which adds a smidgen more gameplay and flavour to the exercise.
Requirements
Crusader Kings II version 2.0.4 (should work with any 2.0.x version but not tested)
The Sons of Abraham DLC (some titles may work without)
