And here are the patch notes:

Cities in Motion Patch 1.0.21

-New content: Munich map and campaign.
-New content: 5 vehicles.
-New content: 3 user made maps.
-Fixed bug: Cars exiting or entering the city don't use roads going east
or south.
-Fixed bug: Missing characters in the Japanese font.

Hi,

Steam goes live on PST, so should be available as soon as Steam has had their breakfast over there in Seattle.

The other sites will have it live soon too.

The non-Steam Mac patch link is added above, also from Gamersgate.

Just gotta wait for Steam to wake up now :)

I guess these are the winners from the map making contest from a few month ago.
We'll know as soon as Steam updates the game.
 
Patch is out on Steam! (mine just finished installing)

EDIT: It would be nice if the patch details officially listed the three user-made maps. Give some credit to the creators, since there is nothing obviously mentioning it in game.

EDIT2: German Cities is on Steam already too. They were real quick about it this time!
