yeah so it's 1560 and the religious league thing in the HRE occured. Can't expand into Europe because I would be fighting like 15-20 countries (same league). So do u as the Ottomans, just wait till they finish their business in the HRE? or join the presumably winning side?

It just seems kind of inaccurate that the Ottomans are doing things like allying European countries (sometimes minor countries like Milan) and joining Christian leagues. I understand that the Ottomans feel that Austria is preventing them from expanding further into Europe, but that doesn't mean...

Something I ve seen twice now is that I get a popup that says the ottomans have joined a religious league (protestant or catholic, I m not sure). Given they are muslim, this seems rather odd. Same for orthodox nations.

I play as Hungary and I'm the Emperor of the HRE. To my big surprise is the Ottomans a member of the Protestant League, but the religion is Sunni. Is this working as designed (WAD)?
