You give us the opportunity to micro manage colonists with important traits like composed and workaholic. We miss the ability to filter work shift with these 2 traits, or to allow us to padlock/prohibit the nigth/heavy workload working slots.
If a coward works at night in a heavy workload during a disaster and outside, he will lose +/- 50 sanity.

I agree with the above. Even if it causes an extra little side pop up, having the ability to filter at least work shifts per building would greatly reduce a good bit of the micromanagement.
