Hello! This thread is for the submod of After the End: Fan Fork called After the End: Fan Fork - More Retinues and Tactics
This submod plans to spice up the warfare of the world of After the End by adding more retinues and tactics (and some other combat/warfare related stuff). In addition, this submod also plans to iron out the various bugs and oversights of Vanilla and After the End regarding combat mechanics.
Priority is to transfer all Vanilla retinues to After the End first, unique retinues are used if no Vanilla retinue is applicable.
You need the After the End Fan Fork mod for this submod to work.
Compatible with After the End Fan Fork v0.5f.

- Adjusted base mod retinue bonuses to match its Vanilla counterpart
- Given Nuyorican culture access to Gothamite retinue and cultural building
- New retinues added:
- Based on Vanilla retinues
- Chicagoan Winged Knights (based on Vanilla Hussar)
- Riverlander River Riders (based on Vanilla Himalayan Mountaineer)
- Australian Ozzi Knights (based on Vanilla Outremer Knight)

- Adjusted some building bonuses to match Vanilla cultural retinue bonuses
- Adjusted access to buildings to reflect retinue changes
- Added new buildings corresponding to the newly added retinues
- Added tribal cultural buildings
- Added steppe barracks and stables
- Added desert stables (sorry no Camels, more Light Cavalry though)
- Adjusted current cultural tactics and added new tactics (more to be added in the future) to reflect retinue changes
- Major Change Horse archers and Elephants now no longer trigger Light Cavalry and Heavy Cavalry tactics respectively (changed tactic values/modifiers to reflect this change)
- Fixed inconsistencies in the base 00_retinue_subunits file
- Fixed inconsistencies in the base 00_combat_tactics file
- Fixed bonuses of the dragoon charge tactic, granted this is a vanilla issue as well
- Fixed Sheban culture having access to Machetero retinue and cultural building
- Fixed Patagonian Welsh not having their corresponding cultural building (I might change their retinues)
- Fixed long standing vanilla bug of elephants base type being "heavy_cavalry", properly defined it as "knights"(something for the future if i plan to add an elephant retinues)
- Completely adapt the leftover Vanilla retinues to After the End
- Add more unique cultural tactics
- Add plausible (and wacky) special units
- A more comprehensive combat mechanic rework (this would probably take the longest)
