Stellaris Dome Set for GOG?

Hi. I preordered on GOG, but I was browsing Steam reviews to get a feel for the current state of the game, and I noticed that Stellaris Dome Set DLC is being offered for sale on Steam:

That's great - I have the DLC from the preorder but don't like the idea of exclusive digital content and I approve of others being able to buy it - but why isn't this DLC being offered on GOG?

Steam-exclusive DLC - cosmetics included - would be a major blow against my opinion of Paradox. Please fix this oversight.

I got this on GOG. Oddly, I don't know how to use it. It seems that sometimes it is used, and other times it is not.

Select a dome.
Look for the paintbrush icon, lower right.
Click on it to cycle through the skins.
In the case of domes, when selected, the "dome" part is not visible, so less obvious it is changing until you deselect it.

Got it. Thank you both. That little button is easy to miss in the few things that it is there for.
