I'm sure that this will have been asked before but I just can't find any info on it. How do you load/use a ruleset from inside a campaign level. BTW I'm running the Steam Mac version of CIM 2

To use a specific ruleset you need to start a fresh game. Not sure if it's possible to use ruleset in the campaign, but I'm sure someone else know.

Then it probably is not possible in campaign, which makes sense. But you can use it in sandbox, just remember to choose which one to use when you're creating the level.
Remember one thing: when you start a map with a certain ruleset, if you change the ruleset it will change in game too. For example you make a ruleset name "MyFirstRuleset", with metro capacity doubled. Then you start a map with that ruleset, play a bit and save. If you will change "MyFirstRuleset" for example with bus capacity halved, when you load that save you will see that bus capacity will be halved there, too. Even if when you started the map that rule wasn't there.
