First option is the historical moderate alternative, second I lose the dixies...

But what about the Lincolnite Reconstruction option? What does it do? I tried googling something about it and didn't find anything about it. What is it?

I am playing an "ahistorical" USA, so I am trying different options here. :)

The "Lincolnite" was much more favorable to the South than either of the first two options. Compared to the Moderate and Radical options, you could call this option the "Pro-South" option since it required the South to do very little to be re-admitted into the Union. It required only 10% of registered voters that voted in 1860 to swear allegiance to the United States and would have given the Southern states much broader discretion in reconstructing themselves than they ultimately received. The fact that the plan was so lenient on the South is why this option increases militancy in Yankee pops.
